Selling at Auction: We offer free no obligation valuations on any items you wish to sell.
Obtaining a valuation couldn't be simpler, You can email us directly with images etc or book an appointment & bring your items into our Brentford valuation branch or home visits can be arranged.
We also offer ‘Virtual Valuations’
via Whatsapp, Facetime or Zoom, contact us directly to arrange.
We charge a sellers commission of 15% + VAT on the hammer price, £5 + VAT entry fee per lot and a loss and damage fee of 1% + VAT of either the estimated low value or the reserve.
Buying at Auction: Before being able to bid you need to register at the reception desk, where you will be allocated a bidding number.
If you are unable to attend the sale, you can bid live online, book a telephone bid or instruct us to bid on your behalf by leaving a commission bid. You can book absentee bids via telephone, email or in person.
You can book a telephone bid providing the lot has an estimate of over £100.
We will then call you a few lots before and then you can bid live in the room over the telephone
Submit an absentee bid and we will bid on your behalf at the lowest possible price up to your set limit.
We charge 21% plus vat on the hammer price
Bid live online:
You can bid online with us through either The-saleroom.com (additional 4.95% charge for using this service) or easyliveauction.com(£3 flat rate or additional 3% charge for using this service).
